GIS 4 Schools 2020              

    GIS 4 Schools website has expanded it's mission. Instead of focusing solely on Minnesota DNR Firewise in the Classroom Project. New webpages will explore the origins of GIS in Minnesota. See published maps produce by The Minnesota Land Management Information System (MLMIS) core.  Show how MLMIS data was used to resolve the dumping of Reserve Mining tailings into Lake Superior.  Explore lessons developed by teachers that help students understand the GIS data to Additional envionmental lessons will be added.
